Your Package Is Covered If Damaged During Shipping

We take great care in packaging your items so they will reach you safe and sound. If your package is damaged during shipping please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We may need to have you send photos of the damage and packaging as well as complete a claims form. In the case of damage, once we receive any required documentation and/or return of the item, if available, a replacement will be sent. If a replacement is not available you will receive a full refund. We use a private insurer and all shipping damages/losses should be handled directly with Oakview Collectibles.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we strive to provide very accurate detail in all our listings.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days as long as the items are in the original condition as they were shipped. Packaging must also be in the condition as the item was shipped. Items returned with packaging that has been damaged/torn/soiled or is missing inserts or memory cards or shows signs of use and substitutions will not receive a full refund of the item price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For items purchased with shipping included or free, the original shipping costs will be deducted. Buyer pays return shipping.

Returns must be shipped in a sturdy box with appropriate packaging to protect the item and it's box, returns sent in a padded envelope will be refused. If possible, please include a copy of your packing slip - it will help expedite the return process. Any special offers or discounts will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable. Please email us before returning an item.

If you are considering purchasing an item, but have questions, please email us. We welcome questions and do our best to respond quickly to inquiries so you can be sure you are purchasing the correct item.

If the product you received is damaged or does not match the listing description, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will immediately send a replacement. We cannot substitute another item. If the item is no longer available we will issue a credit for the item. For items damaged in shipment we may need you to send a photo and complete a short claim form.
