Return Policy

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel you order, please contact us immediately via email. We ship orders very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified or canceled.

Can I return my order?
If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for store credit or a refund provided that we receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt as long as the item/s are in the original condition as they were shipped. Item packaging must also be in the condition as the item was shipped. Items returned that show signs of use or with packaging that has been damaged/torn/soiled or is missing inserts or memory cards and substitutions will not receive a full refund of the item price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any special offers or discounts will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable. Returns must be shipped with appropriate packaging to protect the item and it's box and/or packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance and tracking to ensure a safe and documented return delivery.

Please email us before returning an item.

Do I need to include any paperwork with my return?
Please include a copy of your packing slip - it will help expedite the return process.

What if there is a problem with my order?
If the product you received is damaged or does not match the listing description, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. If your package is damaged during shipping please retain all packaging materials - we will need to have you send photos of the damage and packaging as well as complete a short claim form (which can be completed online). In the case of damage, once we receive any required documentation and/or return of the item, if available, a replacement will be sent. If a replacement is not available you will receive a full refund. We use a private insurer and all shipping damages/losses should be handled directly with Oakview Collectibles.
