For size reference the Church measures 4.75 inches wide front to back and the train station measures 9 inches end to end.
The pieces are designed to be placed over a small light, like a minature light string (lights not included).
The buildings are made of plastic.
The Church is missing one rooftop cross.
The Train Station the weathervane has broken off, and one small section of the green roof peak decoration came off when it was repackaged after photos (these pieces are in the box).
All of the other building are in very good used condition (may need a little clean up).
Boxes have heavy storage wear.
